Maximum Mana definition?

I'm using Eldritch Battery, my mana pool is 2.9k
Is this considered my "maximum mana" or is EB masking my true max mana number.
Or is Max Mana purely based on Int only?

Recently anointed "Arcane Intesity" and didn't notice any dps changes in the skills menu.

Maximum Mana is the number under Mana on the Character sheet and the denominator of the Mana fraction shown when hovering the pointer over the blue bubble in the game UI...so, I think you should be getting 87% increased damage for Spells.

Arcane Intensity increases Spell damage specifically, so be sure your skill is a Spell if you expect that skill to benefit from it. My Spells do reflect the DPS difference in the gem window, but I don't have it Anointed...The possibility exists that Anointments cause values of in-game calculations to display incorrectly.

It all depends on how much increased damage you have already. At 2,9 k mana you should see an +increase of 87% damage, additional to your current increased damage.
