POE 2 Mercenary character can’t use any ammunition attack..

This bug is annoying I can’t use my crossbow, to detonate my grenades. Have tried all kind of ammunition it doesn’t really work not even Basic bolt. I tried all the steps in the troubleshooting guide but still the bug won’t fix.
