Quest reward broken Kingsmarch

I clicked off when i was collecting money from Johan after finishing a quest. Now i cant progress past this. There should be a "disenchant rewards" chat option that is not there.

The quest/map screen list it as an active quest, and it says I finished the disenchant quest and johan gave me a reward.
