Still waiting on Physical Items from Supporter pack for POE 2

I have been emailing support for a month and a half now, had one response early Jan 2025 and not received a response still regarding when I will receive my physical items I PAID FOR or any sort of COMPENSATION OR REFUND, its crazy how bad support actually are for sorting this out and the complete radio silence.....

same here...sent an email on dec 3 and got a reply back the next day asking for some character names and after that nothing...its been over 2 months now.

As mentioned in our recent Customer Support Update, due to the massive increase in tickets from Early Access, we've fallen behind our usual standard. Probably not. I'm on 2 1/2 months with no reply from their support about it. At this rate I'll close on my house before they even respond.
Same boat as you buddy. Bought my supporter pack on Dec. 21st, waited til after a week GGG returned to the office and then sent an email asking if they needed shipping details or anything since I received no confirmation or anything.

Almost 3 months after my purchase here I am, still waiting for a response.

I got an answer from the support after 3-4 months now. And after that here on the website was a message that said my order will be shipped now (without tracking info but whatever)! The support said that I got opted out even though I paid for shipping and everything. I got the extra currency as if I didn't order the physical goods. But they now at least say they fixed it and maybe in the next two weeks I will receive what I paid for. And I didn't need to pay extra, I also have kept the extra currency ingame. So there is hope for you all that you might also get your stuff this year! I mean I haven't received anything yet but it looks like I will and there is movement.
