Migrate from SSF to standard -> no quests or endgame

I was in my hideout with the quest to do 8? tier 13 waystones, then decided to transfer to standard league. When i logged in i had no quests except the quest to find Renlys tools in act 1&1cruel and the quest to travel to cruel difficulty in act 3. I cant find any new quests and the map device is greyed out, locking me out from endgame content. On the endgame "act" all my previous map travel reset too, unless thats intended...

If you want to transfer your Atlas progress, you will have to select "migrate all". This will transfer all characters, stash, and progress.

But then i have to migrate all chars and the stash, i just want one char migrated with the quests and inventory. is that not possible?

No, the Atlas progress will remain in ssf. There is also a bug (Known Issues) that the character loses access to the map device after migration. Access can be restored by leveling up a new character on standard.

Yea i dont really care about atlas progress in standard i just want to be able to do maps, seems like that bug happened to me then
