My supporter pack payment plan
Hello, i set up a payment plan with support and i paid the first payment but they haven't confirmed it yet, and i wasn't sure wethere or not to wait for confirmation before paying the second time but i waited because i didn't want to lose money in steam, would that make the payment plan cancelled ? or is there flixebility as long as i pay everything before the final deadline ?

thank you, i just have a problem now and im not sure wether or not to pay for the plan because i got no reply from support yet and the deadline is in 7 days what we agreed on, so my points still not deducted and i don't want to waste more money so idk what to do

Hello, i have the same situation, i had set payment plan for 24th December and i already bought points but didnt get my items from Plan. There is still the way to get it or i juz waste my money on just points?

I got a reply and got the pack, my friend also was waiting for 3 months and messaged them again and got a reply in a week, idk if emails are lost or what
