BUG of the unique equipment Gamblesprint Embossed Boots after Corrupted

This equipment have a effect：Gain 【0% to 【40%】】 increased Movement Speed at random when [HitDamage|Hit], until [HitDamage|Hit] again.

After Corrupted，we can make this effect become：【0% to 【48%】】.....

The BUG is here：if we calculate probability，when 【0% to 【48%】】，the probability over 40% is about 8%/48%=16.67%.

But infact,if you try many time，you will very easy find that the probability over 40% is very very low,far from 16.67%.

It must be a BUG in the code after Corrupted,please repair it.
