Uniques and Most Loot disappearing Post-Patch

I don't run any loot filters currently. I was attempting my endgame ascendancy trial and watched loot, including uniques, chaos and exalted orbs poof into the nether if I didn't look them within 5 seconds. I play entirely on console. It worked fine till this patch.

Same thing happened to me. I can hear the loot drop and see the loot beam in the sky and see it on the mini map, but I can pick anything up.
