Atlas Map is Slanted?????

Not exactly sure how to describe it but when I look at the atlas map its as if the game suddenly goes into a shitty resolution. But this is only when I click into the atlas map not the rest of the game, my resolution settings are correct I have checked. All a the towers and mountains and stuff are squashed and when I try to click something I need to move my mouse a few inches to the side of where it shows. Also waystone section does not pop up when I do click something so I can't get into any maps.
