Passive Tree Broken After Update

I tried to race the update for .1.1c while updating my passive tree and I hit submit at the very last second and it halfway reverted my tree, but gave me the bonuses of all the passives I had picked before the reset when I logged back in. I spent the gold to respec to all the passives I wanted but after logging out and back in again my tree has been reset to where it was immediately after the update. What do I do?

For me it flipped the stats on passive tree where it should show strides then int now it shows dem int str.
It treating passive points as other stats. I went from 117 into to 117 str so I can’t even use my character.
I add a int passive and it adds it to str
