PC Controller - portal option gone from binding

After the latest patch, I tried to clear a Map in endgame and once it was complete I noticed I couldnt create a portal because the option was no longer bound L2 + Up. Can see in the attached screenshot that 3 of the L2 + D pad options are gone. Not sure how to rebind because there isnt anything in the menu.

To rebind, go into skills, select a skill and rebind from there. You can also hold down the button you use to open the inventory window to open the radial menu, keybindings are at the bottom of the wheel.

ah okay, for some reason the re-keybind option for a portal isn't as obvious on the keyboard version. But I can find the portal now thanks!
