Pain Offering Only Targeting Clerics

I've been running the Witch just fine. I'm in T15 maps but nothing special. Just chugging along. The patch happened today and after the patch my Pain Offering *only* targets my Cleric.

If I unsummon Clerics it works just fine, but if I have one out, it'll only target the cleric.

I relogged... restarted my whole PC, but after coming back it still does it.

I have no idea what's going on. It was working fine. Now it is just pissing me off. Please fix.

I have had a similar issue with targeting pain offering and it looks like it always targets the minions with the lowest HP. Meatshield on your clerics might boost their hp enough for a different minion to be targeted, but this behavior is very frustrating when you want to use a low hp supporting minion like clerics or storm mages.
