Drops Not Retrievable

Since the patch in multiple maps a random portion of loot drops disappear and cannot be retrieved. Going in and out of map does not affect it. Light beams from high end drops can be seen, but the equipment still can't be picked up.

Same problem here, except entire maps. I’m on Xbox. Was fine after patch for a couple hours, then suddenly this started. Tried restarting, exiting multiple times (game and map). Nothing fixes it. Have ran through three maps completely with zero loot pick ups except for gold, which does not show on the ground, but shows as I walk fast.

Having the same issue here can see high end drops but unable to pick them up will try other maps using lower tier fingers crossed someone finds a fix or plz release an update fixing this issue of all bugs unable to pick up loot should be one of your highest priorities

Ensure you didn't toggle visible labels on accident. The patch reset all of my controller keybindings, and the open chat button was replaced with the toggle for showing items on ground.

Thank you to those who responded. The always hide setting was the issue, but it certainly isn't something I toggled off.

Glad this fixed the issue for you but it did NOT fix it for me. Tried turning it on and off; turned my loot filter on and off and tried the default. Nothing. One map it was fine. Went and started another, then everything stopped showing up.

same here...enabled and disabled loot filter, set it to soft, etc...only 3 waystones appeared on a lvl 16 map...very frustrating...keybindings were gone, still can't get rid off "Change hideout" message
UPDATE: Check your key settings: There is a key with an eye. Place that one and so u can turn off and on the loot :) worked for me... (thx to the wrong keybindings) Last edited by Headus70#0372 on Feb 5, 2025, 1:43:37 AM
