Literally what the heck (DPS nerf)

Since the patch the DPS of every one of my skills has been more than halved. What on earth? I try to roll with these changes, but how about we roll this one back and do some quality control on it?

Identified the issue... yet another game state change from the patch unbinding and changing settings.
