BUG: Act 2 Titan Boss Ignoring Damage

I saw this was an issue a while ago, but I'm still having it. Not sure who else is still experiencing this issue where the titan boss in act 2 will ignore damage. I had a solid 30 seconds where none of my fireballs were hitting, and they're screen-wide damage. Not sure what the issue is here, but really need it corrected. Exceptionally difficult to beat a boss fight as a blood mage when your spells are only damaging you...
