Active omens of Resurgence and Amelioration didnt work once (bug reference 1,490,211,684)

Hey, so I was clearing a map, I got Amelioration and Resurgence active in my inventory. During map one of my Amelioration triggered, so I went back to the city to get another one, activated it, and went back to map. I started fighting Savannah boss, and got killed, and none of my active omens worked this time(it wasnt oneshot btw).
