Game Pause Bug [POST 0.1.1c]

I've been having a really annoying bug where I'll be running through a zone and the game keeps pausing and un-pausing. It only happens for about half a second or less and it is very spotty, some zones only have a few instances of this while others are almost unplayable.

I tried playing with some settings and updating my drivers and nothing seems to help it. I play with a controller but I noticed similar stuttering when using a keyboard.

I've noticed that it doesn't happen while in town. It's almost like the game keeps forgetting that my controller is connected, then I give it an input and it reconnects; but I booted up another game and had no such issue.

I noticed this issue when I started playing about an hour ago (after the servers restarted for 0.1.1c), even though I played for a short time immediately after the restart and didn't notice it then.

Any help would get greatly appreciated. :)
