Arachnamagus Portal Effect Bug

I love this portal, unfortunately am disappointed when I used it. First PoE game. There is a bug with this portal effect in PoE2 where the animation isn't shown when you use the portal. Literally 0 animation not like what was previewed in the video posted by PoE:

Apology if I post it in the wrong section. There doesn't seem to be a bug report for PoE2 and I was told to post it in this section by support@grindinggear.com when I contacted them.
