Game crush every time when I enter Sekhemas last boss

I Create second Char in game, I already complete the all levels except by Last Boss, every time When I enter the last boss map and across the bridge game crashes, all game closing, I try many times even I reset Trial and start at the beginning but all the same crush

I cant pass the boss and I cant progress in the game I'm stuck, Pls help
