pack point bug

i just bought a upgrade from the supporter pack 30$ to the Lord of Ogham Supporter 60$
i got 300 point from the 30$ pack and the lord pack is supposed to give me 600
but since i paid for the upgrade so only 30$
i was supposed to get 300 point but i didnt get them
