Stat Allocation Visual Bug In Passive Tree

Just made a new character today and noticed my skill point allocations into attributes aren't being distributed properly. Adding +5 to Strength instead puts +5 into Dexterity, +5 Intelligence puts +5 into Strength, and +5 into Dexterity puts +5 into Intelligence. This issue seems purely visual, despite the game showing I have 94 intelligence and 11 Dexterity I'm still meeting all of the Dexterity requirements for my Mercenary gear and skill gems. In the 2 screenshots it shows I have a blank passive tree and 7 Strength, but when I put +5 into Intelligence it instead raises my Strength stat to 12. I have over 100 hours logged since launch and I've never seen this happen before so hopefully it's something that came about with the new patch that'll be fixed soon.
