Loot retreving failures in game

I cant pick up loot ,on any characters

I'm also having an issue. Loot will spawn then disappear before I'm able to pick it up.

Loot appears then di sappears.I can only loot if I react fast enough but clearly something is broken.

Experiencing same issue since patch. Making Breach completely pointless to play. GGG please fix this issue soon.
