Targeting bugged

Seems that targeting has gotten worse with the update. If there is and enemy 2 feet in front of my face and my brutes in their faces, why is my witch (who is facing the brutes with the right analog stick) popping corpses 20 ft behind her in another room. This has become pretty much unplayable at this point.

On PS5.

I too have problems with my characters (most problematic with the bloodmage witch using Blasphemy/Hexblast) changing target to something far away while the thing in front of me kills me.

And it sometimes randomly switches to something out of range of my blasphemy so my Bloodmage starts killing herself :(
I have a similar issue, I'm playing a freeze sorceress, and my frost walls act weird since this patch.

There is a group of enemies in front of me, i'm facing towards them, pushing the joystick towards them, and when i cast the frost wall, it puts the wall behind me, because there is one enemy standing there.
Same here, my rolling slam never lands where I target at,and chooses sometimes randomly a monster I don't want to hit.
Good to know it's not just my build/class. This still sucks and is super frustrating, especially when you are 50% through level 92 and now 0% because corpses behind me would rather explode.
I changed the targeting (Unbind skills) from automatic to ranged, and the sorceress works good again, might worth to change from automatic for you as well guys (if you havent done it already).
