Spirit buffs not working even when activated after latest patch

So I logged on first to notice all spirit gems were off, looked to find out on a piece of gear i have my belt lost some Strength stat, OK, fix that, activate all my buffs make sure they are running, notice that Illusion isn't working when dodging, no illusion pops out, this was working fine pre-patch.

Now I'm not sure any are working in spite that they say they are running as I have seen similar threads saying Mage buffs were not working

I'm having the same issue with my sorceress. None of the Spirit skills work. My damage dropped from 12000 dps down to 1600 dps. If I put my weapons in weapon slot 2 than dps goes up to 4000 dps. Spirit skills show as active but do nothing in game as of patch 0.1.1c.
