Rathbreaker fight is bugged

On Rathbreaker he just freezes. I can't hit him for hours & nothing happens. I see damage numbers, but his health doesn't move a hair. His stun meter moves. I keep killing dogs but I can get him to move/unfreeze. After enough hits I can knock him down but he gets up in is frozen again. And there is no damage done to him. I can't progress in the game due to this bug. Second this game crashes like it's nobodies business. I have NEVER been able to play more then a hour without it crashing. Also I wish they could make chatting better with a controller. Yes I use keyboard to type. But it's a pain in the ass to get the chat box to be highlighted to respond to someone. I see the chat box & I'm trying my hardest to get it highlighted to type. But I can't. I wish the developers would make it so you can control where spells go like the fire wall or the orbs or grenades. They always seem to go where you don't want them to go, you get killed...over & over This could be fixed so easily. By making a highlighted circle on the ground, that you can move. This could be done by a long press of the button. And when you let go it fires. This would add so much value to the game. And make fights so much better in every way. Let us control our character weapons. Anyways thats my two cents. Thanks for listening and I hope this bug with Rathbreaker gets fixed, so I can continue to play
