My character is bricked... unable to access skill menu

I disabled decompose on corpsewade, and now i cant access that menu anymore. when i press the small arrow in skills, i only get the last skill i looked at instead. So it's impossible for me to enable the skill anymore. the only builds i want to play use this skill, so i cant play this character anymore, its bricked...

I fixed it by using a new set of corpsewade shoes. now i can access the skill menu again.

when i put on the old shoes, the bug is still there, so those shoes are broken for me.
