Titan Hulking Form Passive Bug

I don't believe this is working as it should I have tested it on all small nodes and I do not believe it's giving back the correct value. I have a recording and an image of a simple small node increase of +4 to all attributes so 50% of that should have increased all my stats by +6 it did not. https://youtu.be/jGqinK2x_dQ
