Bug/Static mobs

When i'm doing a waystone map sometimes the enemies stop interacting with me, it's as if i'm invisible to them.
Sometimes when I attack them they don't react at all, other times they start charging me and knocking me back without dealing damage. The only way to "fix" the issue is teleporting out of the map and entering again.
I noticed that when i'm bugged my character gains some kind of incorporeal aura, i'm wearing the headhunter belt and feel like this item could be the issue.
