some boss-related bugs

- act 3 crematorium piety's AND act 3 lunaris temple piety's lines of dialogue while she's fighting you (not her intro speeches) all get cut off prematurely

- residence boss (the elemental trapper guy) has 2 problems. firstly he has no animation for throwing traps. they just shoot out of his body while he walks around. looks really bad. secondly he is 100% passive, doing nothing but run away from you, usually into the nearest corner, which is different from the way he behaved a few leagues ago. the act 3 scepter of god unique monster that this boss is based on has these same 2 problems

- vault boss does not do his ground circle attacks anymore during the hide/immunity phase. you are forced to just stand there with nothing to do but wait until the boss returns. looks similar in nature to the "recent" act 4 piety bug (which you fixed, good job!) where her electric balls didn't spawn

- this is more of a personal pet peeve than a bug, but while i'm listing boss-related things... when you kill map merveil (in either underground sea map or shaper's realm), why do her 2 sisters (the fire and lightning squids) suddenly spawn and immediately die? it's distracting and confusing. feels like a quick fix for removing these 2 extra monsters from the fight that was never followed-up on (IIRC there was a brief period where they both spawned during the endgame version of this fight)...

another recently introduced boss-related bug i forgot to include: the new boss health bars often do not reset from the "immune" (very golden) visual state after a boss completes an immunity phase. you can probably go fight any boss with an immunity phase during the campaign a few times to replicate this, but for sure it happens on act 4 malachai a lot.
