Stormweaver Spark - Widowhail vs Wand

Hello Guys,

i want to play a Stormweaver-Spark-Build. I saw there are variants that uses Wand/Focus Combo or a Widowhail/Quiver Combo.
What are the main differences about them? Or what is better?
FYI, i have a budget of 40 div.

I am not sure the exact details, but I can give you an observation.

In Hardcore in the end game t14+ when I party up with a sparker, they usually have a bow and a quiver.

I actually skipped widowhail/quiver since I started with a 20div budget and went straight to wand/focus but I think bow/quiver is easier to get really early in league when +5 wands/+2 focus don't exist or are super rare and expensive.

The primary difference will come down to the quiver...

widowhail/quiver will focus more on +projectiles and +proj speed. Coupled with jewels with +%inc effect of quivers, you can get some pretty stupid high speeds and spark levels. Also any jewels that have +dmg with bows.

wand/focus is going to focus more on damage per spark and survivability since quivers can't roll defense mods. Wands and focus will give you more overall mana/mana regen, int, %lightning/spell damage.
