Peddler's Rain Hideout Decoration Bug

Purchased 2 Exalted Peddler's Rain Hideout Decoration but it is not the exalted one, and also the orbs are much smaller then what the preview videos and images portray.

Also found theres a decoration variant (Scroll wheel to change variant) and the second (2) variant shows nothing

Same for myself and my wife, we both purchased the Exalted decoration and the chaotic one is showing instead, we have emailed GGG support 5 days ago and had no response at all.

Variation 2 of peddlers rain, hides the rain until you trade.

As this is a real money transaction, I would of thought we would have a response by now.
