Failed to connect to instance

was just playing trough act 1 cruel on my lvl 52 ranger and was just about to enter ogham manor after the executuioner and my game randomly crashed during the loading screen. ir popped me back into main menu and i cant log into my character. The other characters work just fine.

Open any other game. Problem is permanently fix.
