I just used two audience of the kings and when I killed the king of the most he only dropped an omen, no unique items or any other items

It says he is guarenteed to always drop a unique at random from the items he CAN drop

try viewing all loot, the amulet and chest that boss drops are extremely low value, my loot filter filters them out.
