NVIDIA update driver 572.42 is crashing poe2

Basically the tittle: the new update for NVIDIA is crashing my game every time.

It approximately takes about 3 mins of gameplay when crashing occurs. The crash
stops the game and stutters for a couple of seconds before taking me directly to desktop. I've tried changing to windows 11, Vulkan, and 12--- it does nothing

Same issue, but instead of every 3 min it's every 30 min or on switching maps
