Inquisitor (heatshiver+replica covenant)

alright this is my first guide and in general im not one of those super precise guys so i will just list items, links and playstyle.

core item:



combining heatshiver with replica covenant is a no brainer since chest gives you like +2 link and hat is another 60-130% more dmg depending if you have legacy variant. chest will drain your es but we are going CI anyway.

aegis for max block with glancing blows and tempest shield.(you need +2 aura or aoe for purity of ice)

astramentis because we go crit and its cheapest option. you can probably do slightly better if you have some double frac amulet with attributes and inc energy shield on prefix.

saviour is because i got this nice crucible one, but a regular would do just fine i guess. probably can substitute with paradoxica or frostbreath until you get more expensive options.

belt and flask:


mageblood is obv best choice but you can run a regular heavy belt with some nice fracture until you got money. just dont run sanctum until you got one.

for flasks you can substitute the bismuth if you got legacy ele resist suffix. the mana one is just for the corrupt blood - with heatshiver and something like 600int you hardly run out of mana.

ring:



got this synth one laying around in my stash but you can get just a regular one with res on implicit and nice fracture. for example +energy shield and roll the suffix with int/str essence until you hit good enough resist. i got tier4 but it works. duped it with kalandra ring but if its not super good synth base just craft another frac base.

boot and glove:



str, int, resist and energy shield. pickup nice frac base and spam str essence on it.
get +1 strike on glove if youre using smite or lightning strike. other skill you can use are ice crash and frost blades but i think smite gives best dps.

jewels:



we get 3 clusters so we can fit all auras with introspection small passive ones. youd need enlighten 4 to fit it all but you can miss one or two introspections until you get one. got shield ones just for the veteran defender since i got really nice shield from crucible. probably still worth picking with a good rolled one since it gives es/armor, resist and stats. you can substitute one cluster with cold one that gives you power charge generation.

melding is for maxing out on resist cap with aegis and purity of ice.

watchers you just need the crit mod and can get block elsewhere - mastery, large cluster.

hero stats and passive tree:(i will post picture because i dont have pob)
for ascendancy i got for righteous providence + inevitable judgement, augury of of penitence and instruments of virtue.(got frostblink of wintry blast + faster casting so i can proc instruments for 30% dmg boost)

closing words:

overall a good char, cheap if we dont count the mageblood. everything else is relatively cheap, lots of unique and you need to craft just a couple of items on frac bases with essence, mby some eldrich exalt chaos. very good survivability due to max block aegis and max res. degens can be a problem but energy leech can help with that - didnt test it yet. id give it 8/10 for cheapness and good dmg. -1 point since getting mageblood makes it feel much better and -1 point for the degens.

content i ran with it: ritual, essence(corrupt ones too), harbinger, sanctum(with mageblood), abyss, legion, wave15 simularcum.
