Bug report: Challenging Competitors 2/4 Defeat Black Knight etc.

I got notified of having completed parts of Challenging Competitors
2/4, the both with the Black Knight, but then they where not registered on the Completed Challenges List because it then should say Challenging Competitors
4/4, and not 2/4.

There is a /command to refresh challenges, something like /recheck_achievements I forget what it is. Also try logging out/in,etc.
