Infernal Flame not properly interacting with skills what have the "Projectile" tag.

I recently made a new infernalist and grabbed Pyromantic Pact and noticed that for some reason it was not properly interacting with any spells that have the projectile tag.

Thus far I have tested it with Spark, Ember Fusillade, Essence Drain, Frostbolt, and Bonestorm. So far the only one that properly interacts is Bonestorm most likely due to its channeling tag as Incinerate also interacts correctly. I have not been able to test any Bow, QUarterstaff, or Mace skills as of yet.
