Both happened when tabbing out to a different monitor...straight crash to desktop, no steam / poe error messages. Third...if there is a PoE folder with crash logs I can post here if needed.
EDIT- This was not while alt-tabbed...this was returning from a map to my hideout. Seems to always happen before, during, or right after loading into a zone. 4 crashes in the last 2 hrs, my build feels completely diff and absolutely underpowered now, spark casting is sputtering. Ground is covered with spark cast yet every monster is not being pinned or even damaged. just ran a breach map and 2 secs into opening the break my controller is sending me to the item inventory screen and accessing a ritual tower a mile away. YEAH I died do to 4 selections of alters and items that should not have happened.. thats my first death in 2 months.....fps on xbox x with a cat 5 connection wont break 50fps. I have to admit I am really not enjoying this anymore. Console promises and coding needs some serious attention...

update 0.1.1.c made for me same problem with .exe - crash during loading screen on start. randomly get in game after 1 to 5 crashes in a row. after last patch somehow i can get to the game with random 1-10 crash attempts...

Had also 2 crashes since Patch, one while putting a Uncut Gem into Stash, other while i was entering a Map.
