Outdated info box regarding endgame resistance penalties

In patch 0.1.0e, the additional penalties to resistances on T6 and T11 maps were removed.

Maps no longer have additional elemental resistance penalties inherently applied at Tier 6 and Tier 11 or higher Maps. It is now consistent across all of the Endgame at the same value as it was previously at Tier 1.

However, the in-game info box for map nodes still contains a description that mentions the additional penalties. This can be misleading to those who do not know that this description is no longer up to date.
