Necromantic Talisman Node/ Fixation of Yix

I'm playing an Infernalist minion build. I just recently came across a Fixation of Yix Talisman, but when I put points into Necromantic talisman, my minions weren't giving each other and myself buffs. I looked around, and from what I understand, the Necromantic Talisman Node isnt transferring necklace buffs at all, not just "Allies in your presence" buffs. Additionally, the threads I saw talking about this were all made around the EA launch, and it still hasn't been fixed. Just wanted to bring this to your attention, since this is a major node for minion builds.

This has been reported since the beginning of EA. No response whatsoever from GGG on any of the posts yet....
