Server disconect without reason

I buyed 2 map stash today and gor game crush and later got diconect from server while was doing Uber boss map Iron Citadel. When i got back in game map was failed while i didnt die on it, its just failed and all. All teleports are visualy was around map device but they are not active. Why it should happen when i was doing Uber boss map?
