Freeze on game start

Hi all!

This is my first crash encounter on POE2 so far. Every time I load the game (playing on Xbox Series S) it gets past the intro cinematic and then to the revolving cogs.

The cogs just keep rolling, sound playing in the background.

Literally just before this bug I also encountered a loading screen crash when trying to move from the Caravan in Act 2 to Deshara.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I was really enjoying the game thus far!
