Missed skill points

Hello, I have the following problem
It's about my monk, I didn't do the sacrificial ritual in act 6 and now I've been running back and forth between Uuztal and Aggorat for 3 hours but I can't get the heart and the dagger isn't there either and now I'm missing the 2 skill points, what can I do?
