Atlas Passive Alert Button not usable while leveling after migration

I migrated everything (characters and stash) from SSF to Standard. I then logged in and played some on my level 30 something monk and I have an alert to allocate 6 atlas passives. Clicking on this does nothing. I have NOT played any character in maps since doing the migration.
