Bug Report - No monsters/bridge at end in Twisted Domain breach

Hello,

This happened to me today. My very first twisted domain run.
I entered, activate the Breach , timer came up and ....no monsters spawned at all. Ran to the end, no bridge to the boss.

Timer ran out and I was teleported back the to beginning .

This is a very frustrating thing to happen, as someone who doesnt have a ton of time to play every day to farm breach splinters.

I have read of other people having the same issue since Early Access started.

Is this something that can be addressed??
