Strugglescream Stellar Amulet cannot be added to the Unique Collection tab


I tried CTRL + left click and also by manual drag & drop. The amulet remains in the inventory.

However, if I have a random stash tab open it will move to that specific tab if I CTRL + SHIFT + left click it. Manual drag and drop works in any stash tab except the Unique Collection tab.

Tried re-login, restart without success.
This prevents from 100% completion.
