STEAMING SPRINGS STUCK IN BOSS ARENA

Posting for a friend on xbox who doesn't know how to use the forum. He entered the boss arena on Steaming Springs before completing all the other yellow bosses, killed the map boss but got stuck inside the arena (boss killed, he got the loot) - he can portal back to town but when he reenters the map it puts him back in the locked boss arena.
