Purchased points not showing up

I made a purchase yesterday of points on ps5. The transactions went through but no points were received to my account. I’ve already reached out to support but no response.

GGG - this is a very bad look. For a business model that solely revolves around making money off micro transactions, to not have those work properly is baffling.

Please fix this ASAP or I will have no choice but to report this as fraud to both PlayStation and my credit card company.

I'm still waiting on a purchase from day 1 of beta. Sony support says they can't help (I've got the "our systems aren't working with that right now, try back in 24 hours" several times now)

Emailed GGG multiple times with no response as well.

If you're on play station I'd just advise not buying micro transactions until they acknowledge and fix it. ( I wish they would just let us go directly to the poe website and add it there and not even deal with Sony. IMHO.
I contacted Sony and explained all and they have refunded me in 5min, next time u will buy points, buy from the in game store and not from playstation store
Same, bought points that have never been credited.

This shows the poor state of customer service swamped under 1,000 of requests.
