Armour verses Block

Looking for some advice. I play a Titan. If given a choice between 88% Armour and 43& Block or 78% Armour and 65% Block. What would the best choice be?

A note on block: Many Unique Bosses have skills that are unblockable, at the same time these same unblockable abilities also hit like a mack semi truck and reduce your armour down to 5% mitigation anyways.

For QoL with your current stats go for the higher block chance and avoid bosses.

Either way, it seems your gear needs upgrades, and your passive tree needs refining as getting 75% block is pretty quick with Hulking Form.
