Multiple trigger skips in Trial of Chaos resulting in softlocks

If you leap slam you are able to bypass multiple trial triggers resulting in a softlock within the arenas.

Leap slamming into the chimera bossfight can lock you from progressing.
Leap slamming off the elevator for one of the blood trials (the one where you have to kill enemies in a circle) can cause the enemies to become untargetable.
